• "Company" refers to Gati Packers and Movers, its owners, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Customer" or "You" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• "Services" refers to all packing, moving, transportation, storage, and related relocation services provided by the Company.
• "Website" refers to https://www.gatipackers.ltd.

We provide domestic and international relocation services including but not limited to:

• Home and household relocation
• Office and commercial relocation
• Vehicle transportation
• Packing and unpacking services
• Secure storage solutions
• International cargo and freight services

Specific service terms, timelines, and charges will be communicated during the booking process and confirmed in writing.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
• A quote provided by us is an estimate based on the information provided. Final charges may vary if the actual scope differs.
• Payment terms, advance amounts, and cancellation policies will be communicated before service commencement.
• Prices quoted are inclusive of standard services only; additional services will be charged separately.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your relocation requirements.
• Ensure all items to be moved are properly listed and disclosed, including fragile, valuable, or hazardous items.
• Ensure access to premises at the agreed date and time.
• Not include prohibited or illegal items in the shipment.
• Obtain any required permissions or parking arrangements at pickup and delivery locations.

• We take every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your belongings. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or as per our transit insurance policy.
• We strongly recommend declaring the value of high-value items before the move.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including traffic, weather, strikes, or natural disasters.
• Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

The following items cannot be transported:

• Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items (unless specially arranged)
• Live animals or plants
• Cash, jewelry, or negotiable instruments (unless specially declared)

The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation of any item deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move: Full refund of advance paid.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% of advance will be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Full advance amount will be retained.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gati Packers and Movers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
